We’re the friendly faces behind every smile.
World class orthodontic care, delivered right here at home.
Every day, we work to bring world class orthodontics to our Eastern Idaho community. That means modern technology, efficient visits, and care that actually fits real life. But it’s not just about straight teeth. It’s about the way people feel when they walk through our doors and the lasting confidence they leave with.
Your Idaho Falls Orthodontist Team
Dr. Andy Higham, Orthodontist
-
Dr. Andy Higham was born and raised right here in Eastern Idaho and is so happy to be back living in the community he grew up in. He graduated from Shelley High School and went on to Utah State University, where he met his wife, Libby. They now have four kids — Teddy, Wally, Lucky, and Percy — who keep life full and fun.
After finishing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Andy went on to dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he graduated summa cum laude. He then completed his orthodontic residency and earned his master’s degree at the University of Oklahoma.
-
Dr. Andy is passionate about making orthodontic treatment a great experience. He stays up to date on the latest tools and techniques, including clear aligners and traditional braces, and is always on the lookout for ways to make treatment more efficient and comfortable for his patients.
-
Outside of the office, Dr. Andy spends most of his time with his family. He also enjoys everything outdoors such as skiing, mountain biking, golfing, and running.

Dr. Steve Elliot, Orthodontist
-
Dr. Steven Elliott was born and raised in Eastern Idaho on a farm in Aberdeen where he moved irrigation pipe (worst job ever), picked rock (also pretty bad), and helped with harvest. He graduated from Brigham Young University where he met his wife, Cassi. They have three kids – Harvey, Emi, and Hux.
He attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Dr. Elliott was awarded many distinguished awards along with the National Health Service Corps Scholarship which led him to practice as a dentist for two years in an underserved area of Idaho where he served as the Dental Director. He did many complex cosmetic dentistry cases and wanted to create amazing smiles everyday which peaked his interest in orthodontics. This led him to be selected by the prestigious University of Oklahoma for specialized training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and Masters of Science.
-
Beyond his dedication to creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Elliott finds joy in various interests such as sports, riding dirt bikes, water and snow skiing, hunting and fishing, and anything outdoors. However, nothing compares to the cherished moments he spends with his family.
