Full coverage of lost, broken or damaged clear and bonded retainers from the date of purchase. Occlusal night guards excluded.

No annual limit; maximum of 2 retainers per appointment-1 upper and 1 lower.

A co-pay of $30 applies to each clear retainer replacement.

RETAINER PROGRAM FAQ’S

  • If your retainer feels tight or painful, looks cracked warped or cloudy, smells even after cleaning, does not sit flat on your teeth, or you notice your teeth starting to shift, it is time to call East Idaho Orthodontics so we can check it and keep your smile protected.

  • There will be a $30 copay with each retainer and repair of a permanent retainer. For a complete replacement of a permanent retainer there is a copay of $100.

  • Do not panic. Call East Idaho Orthodontics as soon as possible. We will get you scheduled fast so your teeth do not move.

  • To keep your teeth from shifting, wear your retainers every night exactly as instructed, keep them clean, store them safely in their case, and bring them to your regular checkups at East Idaho Orthodontics. If your retainer feels tight, damaged, or goes missing, call us right away so your smile stays right where it belongs.
